when will my order be shipped?
– all orders are shipped every other monday afternoon; if your order is placed beyond weekly processing, a follow up email with the earliest shipping date will be sent.
how is my order packaged?
– stickers: stickers are folded in tissue paper, cardboard backing, packaged in stamped (padded) envelopes.
– postcards: post cards are folded in tissue paper, cardboard backing, packaged in stamped (padded) envelopes. – art prints: prints are enclosed in water resistant sleeves, assisted by recycling cardboard backing; packaged in padded envelopes. larger print orders are sent in corresponding boxes, *additional fees may apply.* – acrylic charms: [ coming soon ] – comic books / zines: [ coming soon ] when will my order arrive?
– in person delivery: by selecting pickup at checkout, new york city orders placed at corresponding time frames can be delivered at a mutual public location (i.e: cafe / bookstore).
– sticker + postcard mail: as stickers and postcards are sent via mailbox pickup, no tracking number can be issued. esteemed delivery times are provided upon drop off based on shipment date and provided recipient address. – standard shipping: domestic us orders are delivered between 3 to 5 business days with your tracking number provided at the earliest convenience. – express shipping: for an additional fee, us orders (only) may arrive between 1 to 2 business days with express shipping. externals factors may cause delay, if so, please reach out! – international shipping: there is no international shipping at this time. can i cancel my order?
– orders may be cancelled within the first 15 minutes of receiving your confirmation email; there are no cancellations available beyond that time frame.
do you accept returns or exchanges?
– there are no returns or exchanges at this time.
my order was damaged/missing/lost, help?
– damaged items: all orders are carefully packaged for the best journey to their new home, labelled accordingly for the couriers, and documented before mailing out. in the event [that] your order has arrived damaged with adequate proof via email, discounted reorders (charged for shipping only) can be placed and sent out at our upcoming shipment day.
– missing items: receipts are highlighted, checked, and included with your order. missing items are highly unlikely. – lost items: in the event that your delivery is labelled “arrived” and nowhere to be seen, running late, or lost in transit; please let me know via email. are there any available discounts?

– carrier pickup shipping: carrier pickup shipping is charged per stamp, totalling to $1, available at checkout for qualifying orders only. *see sticker and post card mail; select print orders may apply*
